Who we are

NexHire is a tech recruitment agency based in the Netherlands. We help companies find pre-screened tech talent. Contact: hello@nexhire.nl

What data we collect

For companies

Company name, contact name, email address, phone number, job titles, and hiring requirements. We collect this to provide our recruitment services.

For candidates

Name, email, phone, LinkedIn profile, CV, skills, experience, salary expectations, and location. We collect this to match you with relevant roles.

Legal basis (GDPR / AVG)

For companies: Legitimate interest — we contact companies about their active job postings with a clear opt-out on every communication.

For candidates: Consent — you submit your details voluntarily and can withdraw at any time.

How we use your data

• To match candidates with relevant job openings
• To contact companies about our recruitment services
• To send market reports and relevant updates (opt-out available)
• To process invoices and payments

Data sharing

We never sell your data. We share data only with:

• Companies and candidates involved in a specific placement (with consent)
• Service providers: Supabase (database, EU), Stripe (payments)

Data retention

Candidate data: 2 years after last contact, then deleted unless you request otherwise.

Company data: retained for business relationship purposes, deleted on request.

Financial records: 7 years (legal requirement).

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, object to processing, and data portability.

To exercise any right: email hello@nexhire.nl with subject "GDPR Request". We respond within 30 days.

Unsubscribe

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe here. We process unsubscribe requests immediately.
